The best sunrise run in Sydney
Sydney's most famous coastal path. Iconic beaches, sandstone cliffs and ocean pools the whole way — with a cemetery above the sea that stops everyone mid-stride.
Arguably Sydney's most beautiful trail run
Ten kilometres of harbour foreshore track linking Manly to the Spit — harbour views, hidden beaches, bushland, boardwalks and Aboriginal rock engravings most locals have never seen.
Incredible sunrise and sunset views
A loop around Sydney's northern gateway — military history, dramatic sandstone cliffs, whale-watching lookouts and a vantage point that stares straight down the harbour to the Opera House. Options from 8 to 15 km.
Flat, accessible and great for all abilities
A sealed and boardwalk circuit right around Narrabeen Lagoon. Almost no elevation, plenty of shade and lakeside scenery the whole way — the northern beaches' favourite easy run.
Sydney's trail-running playground
Loops from 7 to 11 km around the Manly Dam reservoir — single track, bushland and water views, with short sharp climbs, creek crossings and a swimming reservoir at the finish.
The classic tourist run
Every Sydney postcard in one loop — the Opera House, Circular Quay, Barangaroo and across the Harbour Bridge to Milsons Point and back. Extend it with harbourside detours for 14–16 km.
Route packs
Each free pack includes the GPX file, a printable map, elevation profile, photo-stop guide, transport and parking notes, and our favourite post-run coffee.
